The office of the Clerk of Allen Circuit and Superior Courts is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Members of the general public are invited to perform their own record searches during regular office hours. The Courthouse is closed on Saturday, Sunday, and all legal holidays.
General indexes for marriage licenses and non-automated court records are available in the Records Management Division, which is located on the second floor of the Allen County Courthouse in Room 202.

Access to court case information is available online for Criminal, Civil, Small Claims, Traffic, Probate, and Domestic Relations cases. Case information for these cases may be found at mycase.in.gov.
Members of the Clerk’s staff are available to retrieve court records and answer questions during office hours. Because the Clerk is responsible for maintaining a large collection of records, the earliest of which date back to 1824, the length of time that is required to retrieve a record or records may vary greatly depending on the type and age of the record.
