The Clerk’s office is committed to providing services to the public and will be monitoring the situation closely with local officials and the judiciary. On November 23, 2020, access will be restricted to court-related buildings as detailed in the Notice found here. If you wish to obtain a marriage license you will first need to complete the online application found here and call (260) 449-7245 in order to schedule an appointment to enter the Allen County Courthouse (715 S. Calhoun St., Fort Wayne, IN 46802). Financial payments with the Clerk can be made through one of the ‘Online Services’ links found at the top of the Clerk’s website or at the drop box placed inside the Allen County Courthouse.

On July 29, 2020, the Indiana Supreme Court’s Landlord Tenant Task Force issued a report concerning evictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
